Conditions for returning goods

1. Return conditions

 1.1. Defects in sold goods are eliminated, goods are exchanged and returned in accordance with the Retail Trade Rules approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 11 June 2001, Resolution No. 697, and other valid legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
1.2. The buyer, wishing to return/exchange the product, must send a request, indicating the reason for the return/exchange of the product, by e-mail - info@slimwear.lt .
1.3. In the event that the goods are returned/exchanged due to identified deficiencies or defects, the shipping/delivery costs of the goods are paid by the Seller. If no deficiencies or defects are identified in the goods, the shipping costs are paid by the Buyer.
1.4. The returned item must be purchased no earlier than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the item, and must be fully assembled (sets to which a joint price offer was applied cannot be split). The Buyer is responsible for the complete assembly and packaging of the item. If the item is not fully assembled and properly packaged, the Seller or an authorized representative has the right to refuse to accept the item for return.
1.5. The product and its original packaging must be undamaged, properly prepared, not lost its marketable appearance, and with original labels.
1.6. The seller must return the money paid for the goods within 14 days of receiving the goods.
1.7. The period for returning/exchange of goods expires after 14 days: from the day on which the Buyer or a person specified by the Buyer, other than the carrier, receives the ordered goods or: if the Buyer ordered more than one goods in one order and the goods are delivered separately, - from the day on which the Buyer or a person specified by the Buyer, other than the carrier, receives the last goods; if the goods are delivered in different batches or parts, - from the day on which the Buyer or a person specified by the Buyer, other than the carrier, receives the last batch or part.
1.8. The Buyer must send the goods to the Seller or his authorized person no later than 14 days from the date of notification of withdrawal from the contract and the return/exchange of the goods. The goods must be securely packaged and returned in the original packaging in which they were received from the Seller.
1.9. The Seller must, no later than 14 calendar days from the date of the Buyer's return of the goods (if the order consisted of several parts, from the receipt of the last part of the order) regarding the withdrawal from the contract, refund to the Buyer all amounts paid by him, including the Buyer's delivery costs paid (an exception is provided for in paragraph 1.3 of the return rules). The entire amount is refunded to the account specified by the Buyer.

1.10. List of goods that cannot be exchanged/returned:

  • Sports bra padding
  • Tights
  • Drinks
  • Food supplements
  • Towels
