1. General provisions

1.1. These purchase and sale rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are a legally binding document that determines the mutual rights, duties and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller (hereinafter referred to as Slimwear) when the Buyer purchases goods in the electronic store.
1.2. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that he agrees with these Rules.
1.3. The purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer creates his shopping cart in the online store, specifies the delivery and his data, chooses the payment method and confirms that he has read the Rules, presses the "Buy" button

2. Buyer's rights

2.1. The buyer has the right to purchase goods in the electronic store in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules and the electronic store.
2.2. The Buyer has the right to refuse the goods purchase - sale contract concluded with the Seller, by notifying the Seller in writing (by e-mail, indicating the desired item to be returned and its order number) no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day of delivery of the quality item. Having purchased a low-quality product, the Buyer has the rights provided for by Lithuanian legislation.
2.3. This 2.2. point, the Buyer can use the right only if the product has not been damaged or its appearance has not fundamentally changed, as well as if it has not been used.
2.4. The buyer who has purchased a low-quality product has the rights provided for in the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

3. Obligations of the buyer

3.1. When purchasing goods in the online store slimwear.lt , the buyer undertakes to comply with these Rules and other conditions clearly indicated in the online store www.slimwear.lt and not to violate the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
3.2. After registering or purchasing goods in the slimwear.lt online store, the Buyer undertakes to ensure that the information and personal data provided are accurate and correct.
3.3. If the Buyer's data in the registration and purchase form changes, the Buyer must inform the Seller by e-mail: info@slimwear.lt .
3.4. The buyer must pay for the ordered goods within the specified period.
3.5. If the Buyer, during the delivery of the goods, refuses to accept the goods without valid reasons, the Buyer must cover the costs of returning the goods at the Seller's request.

4. Seller's rights

4.1. The seller reserves the right to suspend or change the design of the online store slimwear.lt and adjust the functions of the website.
4.2. If the Buyer tries to harm the operation of the electronic store, the Seller may, without warning, restrict or suspend the Buyer's ability to use the electronic store or cancel the Buyer's registration.
4.3. The seller reserves the right to change the range of goods, prices and conditions of purchase, delivery and return in the online store slimwear.lt , without informing the Buyer separately.

5. Obligations of the seller

5.1. The seller undertakes to supply the goods in accordance with the provisions and conditions stipulated in the Rules, to provide the Buyer with the opportunity to purchase and use the services and goods provided by slimwear.lt .
5.2. The Seller undertakes to process the Personal Data of the Buyer in accordance with the provisions specified in the Privacy Policy of the online store slimwear.lt and in accordance with the procedure provided by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
5.3. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer or to the intended method of delivery of the service in accordance with the rules of the "Terms of Delivery of Goods".
5.4. The Seller undertakes to accept the goods and services returned by the Buyer in accordance with the provisions specified in the "Terms of Return of Goods".
5.5. The Seller undertakes to accept the goods and services returned by the Buyer in accordance with the provisions specified in the "Terms of Return of Goods".
5.6. When, due to the fault of the Seller, the Seller is unable to deliver the goods purchased in the online store, the Seller has the right to terminate the purchase-sale agreement by notifying the Buyer beforehand. The seller has the right to offer an analogous product. If the buyer refuses, the seller undertakes to return the money paid within 14 days.

6. Quality of goods

6.1. All the information about the products sold in the online store is indicated in the product description attached to each product.
6.2. The seller is not responsible for the fact that the characteristics of the goods in the online store may not correspond to the real ones due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the buyer. Measurement units are specified in the product description.
6.3. The seller can provide an appropriate quality guarantee for individual types of goods, the specific term and other conditions of which are specified in the product description.
