1. Delivery conditions

1.1. When ordering goods, the buyer must fill in the necessary data necessary to properly complete the order. If the data is filled in incorrectly due to the Buyer's fault, the Buyer bears all responsibility for the non-arrival of the goods. The goods are delivered only on the territory of the Republic of Lithuania.
1.2. The buyer undertakes to accept the ordered goods according to the collection method chosen by him. If the Buyer does not collect the goods according to the method chosen by him and does not inform the Seller about it, the Buyer has no right to make claims against the Seller. After the product is returned to the sender's address for reshipment of the product, the Buyer must contact the Seller using the contact data specified on the website.
1.3. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the delivery of the goods. These terms do not apply in cases where the Seller does not have the necessary or alternative goods in stock, and the Buyer is informed of the shortage of the goods ordered by him. The Buyer agrees that in case of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Seller, the term of delivery of the goods may differ from the terms specified in the terms of delivery of the goods or the term of delivery of the goods discussed by the Buyer and the Seller. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Seller undertakes to immediately contact the Buyer and coordinate the delivery date of the goods and other delivery-related issues.
1.4. During the delivery or pick-up of the goods, the Buyer checks the condition of the goods/shipment.
1.5. After the Buyer signs the received invoice or the shipment delivery document provided by the Buyer's authorized representative, it is considered that the shipment has been transferred to the Buyer.
1.6. If the buyer notices a violation of the shipment, he has the right not to accept it and note it in the consignment note. The buyer must immediately inform the seller if the shipment contains unordered goods or the wrong quantity or incomplete composition.

2. Delivery term

2.1. Delivery time by Omniva postal machines: 1-2 working days from the day the package is sent.
2.2. Duration of delivery by Lithuanian post abroad: 1-2 weeks from the day of shipment.
