- Twice a day, massage the sprayed product into the affected areas in circular motions until it is completely absorbed. Shake the water bottle before use.
- You can use the spray under leggings and other clothes or at night under pajamas to speed up and strengthen results.
- Training can become even more effective if you use the spray 30 minutes before training.
- Expiry date - 12 months after opening.

Can I use this spray before/after tanning and direct sunlight?
This product must be used consistently even in summer. Use the product before or 2 hours after you have been in the sun (so that the effectiveness of the product does not decrease).
- Can I use it if my capillaries are thin?
The preparation is enriched with active substances that help protect and strengthen capillaries, so the spray can be used even with thin capillaries.
- Is it normal to feel warmth, redness and tingling?
Sensations of warmth, tingling and/or redness are completely normal due to the active ingredients in the spray. These sensations may last even longer than 50 minutes or reappear several hours later (for example, after a hot shower).
- Dos and don'ts when using the spray?
Depending on the individual sensitivity of your skin, a slight redness and/or warmth and/or tingling sensation may occur in the area where the product was applied. These are completely normal sensations due to the action of the active substances. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Wash hands thoroughly after use. Keep out of reach of children.
