We recommend using bandages 1-2 times a week or at least once a month. The minimum duration of keeping them on the body is 30 minutes.
After using the bandages and to increase the effectiveness, the remaining gel can be massaged into the skin until it is fully absorbed. You can wrap the bandages with cling film or an additional dry bandage, which will allow you to spend time comfortably while you are with the product on your body.
